Miss Fareeha Naseer

Counselor

I am a counseling psychologist and help those people who face, mental health problems that disturb their daily life activities. Mental health problems are not related to madness, it's the care of our mental and a psychologist helps out to prevent a major disorder.

About Me

As a Counseling psychologist, I help people navigate mental health concerns that disrupt daily life. I understand that seeking support is about caring for your mental well-being, not about 'madness'. We work collaboratively to understand how specific challenges affect your routine. This proactive approach aims to prevent major disorder, offering practical support. It is ideal for anyone seeking to manage their well-being and maintain daily function.

Approach

When daily routines feel shaken, I focus on clear, practical steps that restore functioning and hope. In Islamabad I offer sessions in English, Hindi/Urdu or Punjabi where we set small goals, track progress, and use brief assessments to tailor strategies for anxiety, addiction, mood or relationship strains. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your energy—skill practice, short between-session tasks, and occasional advocacy help bridge therapy and everyday life. People juggling work, family or parenting often find this grounded, action-focused way helpful.
