Fa’ataua Le Ola offers a 24-hour free quality mental health support service to people in Samoa and abroad .

About Us

We are an Incorporated Society based in Tamaligi, Samoa. We run community programmes, provide advocacy, and deliver crisis counseling to local residents. We serve individuals, families, youth, and community groups across Tamaligi and nearby villages.

Approach

From our base in Apia and through phone and online support in English, we respond with steady, accessible care that begins by hearing what matters most and ensuring immediate safety. Sessions move at each person's pace—brief check-ins or longer crisis-focused conversations—with clear steps, simple coping tools and agreed next actions to try between contacts. We follow up when needed, connect families to local supports, and keep channels open for timely help. This practical, people-centered way suits individuals, families and communities seeking prompt, reliable support.
