I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Center, Harjumaa, Estonia. I work with teens and adults on anxiety, stress and burnout, behaviour or conduct issues, and low self-esteem. I offer counseling, coaching, relationship counseling and mediation to develop clear coping skills and better communication.
