Ms Evelin Vahter

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Relief from stress, anxiety and panic when nothing else has helped. I work with people whose stress, emotional trauma, anxiety, panic, or psychosomatic symptoms have not resolved despite therapy or medication.

About Me

I am English & Estonian speaking lifestyle coach & consultant. In 2016, I experienced a complete physical and psychological collapse that did not resolve through conventional routes. Through intense, independent inner work, which ultimately led me to a spiritual awakening, I recovered completely – and since then I have been helping others resolve similar patterns.

Approach

I work calmly, directly, and with respect for your pace. In most cases, the core issue resolves in 1–3 focused sessions. The goal is not dependency, but relief, clarity, and restored functioning. Looking forward to meet you Evelin Vahter
