About Me

I help children up to 13 years old navigate their emotional world, especially during difficult times. As a Licensed Psychologist, I create a warm, understanding space. Young people feel safe here to explore their thoughts and feelings. We work collaboratively to find ways for them to express themselves and build confidence. This approach supports children in developing resilience and helps families better understand their child's needs.

Approach

Working predominantly with children under 13, I guide sessions that feel gently paced and invitation-led, using play, drawing and simple activities to follow each child’s lead. In my Athens office or online in English or Greek, I check in with parents between meetings to share observations and practical ideas, while keeping the child’s perspective central. Sessions focus on small, achievable steps that help children name feelings, try new ways of expressing themselves and practise coping skills. This way of working suits families seeking steady, collaborative support.
