Licensed Psychologist

Verified

As a psychologist, I specialize in helping people navigate trauma, mood disorders, and the unique challenges and strengths that come with being neurodivergent.

About Me

I’m a licensed psychologist with a deep passion for mental health and education. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Santo Tomas and went on to complete my Master’s in Clinical Psychology at De La Salle University. Since getting licensed in 2022, I’ve built a diverse background spanning academia, consultancy, and clinical practice. Today, I run my own private practice and serve as a consultant at both Psychlink Consulting and Healthway. Outside of my corporate and clinical roles, I am an active member and volunteer head psychologist for Fresh Hope for Families, dedicating time to supporting young people's mental health.

Approach

Rooted in person-centered care, my practice integrates CBT, solution-focused therapy, and positive psychology to help clients build on their strengths. I also adapt this approach for children by utilizing play and creative pedagogies to ensure a developmentally supportive and secure environment.
