I provide counselling and psychological support tailored to each individual's needs, concerns, and circumstances. My approach varies depending on the person and the challenges they are experiencing.

About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist with an MSc and over 13 years of experience in psychology. I provide psychological support to adults, adolescents, and children, using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). I create a safe, professional, and supportive environment where clients can work towards improved emotional well-being and a better quality of life.

Approach

My approach to therapy is integrative, client-centred, and evidence-based. I combine techniques from EMDR and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), adapting the therapeutic process to each client’s individual needs, goals, and experiences. I place strong emphasis on building a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship while helping clients better understand their emotions, thoughts, and behavioural patterns. My work aims not only to reduce psychological distress but also to strengthen emotional regulation, resilience, self-awareness, and healthier coping skills.
