Eria

Ms Eria Chourdakis

Psychotherapist (Registered)

As a survivor I work with any type of addictive behaviour, trauma, shame, guilt, their connection and relation in the formation of Being, Personality and interaction with others. My work is not limited to the above as I work with a wide range of pathologies in my practice and solidarity initiatives in Athens.

About Me

As a psychotherapist and survivor, I understand the profound impact of addictive behaviours, trauma, shame, and guilt. I offer a space to explore how these experiences connect to your sense of self and relationships. Together, we can unravel their influence. This helps you make sense of your past and build a stronger foundation for your future. My approach supports a wide range of challenges, guiding you towards greater understanding and resilience.

Approach

Exploring how past pain and coping shaped your being, therapy moves through present‑moment work and reflective inquiry to surface bodily signals and relational patterns that keep you stuck. Sessions are in Athens or online, in English or Greek, paced to your readiness—weekly, intensive, or within groups for shared support. I use trauma‑informed, Gestalt‑influenced experiments and practical tasks between meetings to try new choices and rebuild trust in yourself. This way of working often suits people facing addiction, shame or loss.
