Counseling Psychologist

A Counselling Psychologist with a passion for psychotherapy, I work with all ages but have a particular interest in working with children.

About Me

As a Counseling Psychologist, I am deeply passionate about psychotherapy and supporting individuals across all ages. My particular interest lies in guiding children through their unique emotional experiences. I offer a warm, understanding space where young people can explore their feelings safely. Together, we can help them express what's on their mind and build resilience. This approach supports families in navigating challenges and finding positive ways forward.

Approach

That interest shapes how I hold sessions—gentle, curious and paced to a child’s rhythm, with parents invited as partners when helpful. I offer face-to-face work in Johannesburg and remote sessions in English to keep therapy accessible. Sessions blend playful expression with focused assessment when clarity is needed, and we practise simple strategies between meetings so families can notice small shifts. This steady, practical approach tends to help children and adolescents navigating mood, behaviour or life transitions.
