About Me

I guide you in understanding your experience of yourself and how you relate to the world. In our safe, confidential space, we can gently explore what truly matters to you. This approach helps you gain clarity and find new ways forward. Many find this process deeply transformative, leading to greater self-acceptance and more fulfilling connections.

Approach

We work at your pace, using a curious, non-judgemental stance that supports you to name what feels urgent and what lies beneath. In sessions, I listen reflectively, mirror your experience and gently introduce questions or practical ideas; between sessions you may choose small, manageable experiments to notice change. I offer this from my Norwich room or online in English, keeping things straightforward and rooted in your priorities. This way of working suits adults looking for a compassionate, collaborative route through difficult life moments.
