About Me

As an Italian Psychologist, I offer a warm, confidential space for children, adolescents, and adults. I can support you whether you wish to explore challenges in English or prefer to speak in Italian. We can meet online or in person at my Altona, Hamburg practice. My aim is to understand your unique experiences and help you find practical ways forward together.

Approach

You’ll find sessions grounded in a calm, curious tone that lets us explore thoughts, relationships and everyday routines at your pace. I work in English or Italian, meeting face-to-face in Altona or through secure video, and I pay close attention to how children and adolescents express themselves differently from adults. In practice this means short, focused observations, developmentally attuned activities with younger clients, and collaborative planning with parents or young adults between meetings. This way of working suits those seeking clear, practical understanding and steady progress.
