Mental Health Counselor

Verified

I offer professional and affordable online counselling, providing a safe and confidential space where you can talk openly about the challenges you’re facing. I work with individuals, couples, and families, supporting concerns such as relationship difficulties, family conflict, parenting issues, attachment trauma, grief, loss, and cultural integration.

About Me

I began my career in education, teaching English in Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Ireland. Over time, my focus shifted towards the emotional and psychological aspects of human experience, which led me to train as a counsellor and psychotherapist. I completed a BA (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy at Dublin Business School in 2016. Following a further three years of supervised post-qualification clinical practice required for accreditation, I became an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP). During this period, I ran a private practice in Dublin, providing counselling to individuals and gaining valuable experience facilitating family and systemic constellation group work. After returning to Hungary, I completed a Master’s degree in Mental Health at Apor Vilmos Catholic College.
