Miss Emma Clark

Registered Psychotherapist

Practicing from a trauma-informed lens, I create space for you to explore your pain and make changes to move forward in confidence. The process is one of mutual exploration of possibilities where you are enabled to discover what works best for you. Together we'll create a plan that is specific to your needs.

About Me

I offer a trauma-informed space for you to explore your pain and move towards confident change. Our process involves mutual exploration, helping you discover what truly works best. Together, we will create a personalised plan, specific to your unique needs. This collaborative approach helps individuals navigate challenges, finding their own way forward with renewed confidence.

Approach

I start by gently mapping patterns with you, naming what keeps you stuck and testing small, practical shifts that fit your day-to-day life. Sessions are offered online, paced to match your energy and responsibilities. I combine reflective psychodynamic listening with mindfulness tools and short between-session experiments to ease burnout, bolster self-esteem, and slowly process traumatic material. This steady, collaborative pace tends to suit people facing life transitions or chronic stress who want workable change.
