About Us

We offer a dedicated space for individuals in the LGBTQIA, ENM, and Kink communities. We understand the unique experiences that can contribute to deep-seated pain. Through our multimodal approach, we compassionately guide you to explore the root of these challenges. This might involve gentle mindfulness practices to connect with your inner experience. Our aim is to help you build inner strength and feel truly heard.

Approach

Healing unfolds through steady, client-led pacing that layers practical skills, reflective work, and somatic grounding to trace where pain began and how it shows up now. Sessions in our Ypsilanti office or online—conducted in English—feel collaborative and focused: short experiments, careful listening, and targeted check-ins shape each week while readings or brief between-session tasks keep momentum. We pay close attention to attention differences, relationship patterns, and trauma responses so progress is measurable and manageable.
