Elliott Seymour

Licensed Professional Counselor

Anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, identity struggles, and time-of-life challenges are all issues that our clients are conquering. Are you ready?

About Me

Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem can be incredibly tough. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space. Here, we can gently explore identity struggles or challenging life transitions. We will work together to understand what is holding you back. My aim is to help you find practical ways to build confidence and move forward. You can feel truly heard and supported as you begin to conquer these hurdles.

Approach

When routines break down and self-doubt shows up, I focus on clear, manageable steps we can try together. Sessions are held in English from my Kansas City office or online, paced to fit adolescents, adults, couples, and older clients. We work collaboratively—naming patterns that keep you stuck, practicing different ways of relating, and checking small experiments between meetings so progress feels steady and realistic. This way of working often helps those rebuilding confidence, shifting identity, or mending important relationships.
