Approach

I set out a clear, collaborative plan that breaks big concerns into manageable steps and keeps work rooted in each young person’s everyday routines. Based in Derby I offer in-person appointments and secure online sessions in English, with timing adapted around school and family life. Sessions mix focused skill-building for anxiety, trauma-informed processing, and practical behaviour strategies, with regular feedback, short between-session tasks and liaison with schools or carers when helpful. This paced, practical way of working suits families and adolescents seeking clearer routines and measurable change.
