I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you understand and shift challenging patterns. If you're navigating anxiety or low mood, we can work together. We'll identify thoughts and behaviours that may be holding you back. My extensive background spans mental health and child well-being to adult psychiatry, offering a comprehensive perspective. I aim to provide practical strategies you can use daily, fostering lasting well-being.
Approach
We move beyond spotting unhelpful thinking into practical experiments that reshape daily routines and improve mood and coping. In Sylhet I offer sessions in Bengali, English and Hindi/Urdu, and also meet online, so we can work in whatever setting feels safest and most accessible for you. Sessions are structured and collaborative: brief assessments when relevant, clear agendas, gentle behavioural experiments, and short between-session tasks to monitor change.
