Ms Elizabeth Fletcher

Licensed Clinical Social Workers

For over 15 years, I've worked with Folx to facilitate long-lasting, meaningful change in their lives. I have a special interest in working with people in helping professions, including therapists, to prevent and heal from burnout and to find longevity and joy in their work and personal lives.

About Me

With over 15 years' experience, I partner with individuals to navigate significant life changes. I have a special interest in supporting helping professionals, including therapists, who often carry unique burdens. We focus on practical ways to prevent and heal from burnout. My aim is to help you rediscover joy and lasting purpose. We work together to build resilience for both your work and personal life.

Approach

Guided by your goals for balance and purpose, sessions move between focused skill practice and reflective exploration so insights translate into daily choices. Available in Oklahoma City and online, I meet in English or Spanish and aim for steady pacing—sometimes brief interventions for acute burnout, sometimes deeper processing for trauma and relationship patterns. Between sessions you'll leave with simple experiments: boundary-setting practices, short reflective prompts, or communication rehearsals we can refine together. Folks in caregiving or therapy roles often find this steady, practical rhythm helpful.
