About Me

I am a Registered Member MBACP and a Play Therapy China PTCN counselor in Shunyi, China. I offer psychology, child and adolescent therapy, online sessions, and relationship counseling for life transitions, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, and child diagnostic assessment. I work with children, teens, and adults in a calm, practical way to manage symptoms and build routines.

Eliza has over 20 years of experience in counseling and parent coaching. She is certified by the British Association of Counseling and Therapy (BACP), Play Therapy International (PTI), and in Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE). Eliza holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Rutgers University and a Postgraduate Degree in Creative Arts Therapy, Play Therapy, and Family/Filial Counseling.
