Psychotherapist

verified by TherapyRoute

In practice since 2012. My work focuses on alleviating suffering by translating complex emotions into clear insights freeing the individual from their past. I also help couples rebuild bridges or find closure with empathy. An introductory phone call is the first step to discuss your needs and go from there.

About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist and psychotherapist in Adliyeh, Mount Lebanon. I work with people facing relationship issues, addiction, grief, mood disorders, and stress or burnout. I provide divorce counseling, individual therapy, and psychodynamic therapy in a private, straightforward setting.

Approach

My approach relies heavily on the belief that the only way to healing is through. Practical techniques do not heal, they put the person in an endless cycle of coping and fighting each day with the same old emotions. Whereas re-experiencing pain in therapy and releasing it with the help of a qualified therapist creates permanent relief and change in your life. There are no shortcuts in healing, no hacks to cleansing your psyche.
