About Me

When depression, anxiety, or relationship struggles weigh on you, I offer a space to explore what lies beneath. I help you understand the deeper patterns at play, paying close attention to your unconscious material, dreams, and fantasies. This approach is particularly helpful if you are navigating life crises or a search for meaning, offering insights beyond surface symptoms. We work together to find clarity and a way forward.

Approach

In therapy, I pay attention to what may lie beneath symptoms, including dreams, images, and fleeting thoughts or fantasies that can offer insight into deeper emotional patterns. At times, I may suggest reflecting on dreams or experiences between sessions if it feels helpful. Together, we explore recurring feelings, relationship patterns, and inner conflicts through conversation and gentle interpretation, with the aim of making unconscious dynamics easier to understand and work through.
