Whether this is your first time with counselling or have a great deal of counselling experience, I would be honoured to speak with you today! I am an experienced trauma therapist who is passionate about the work I do. I look forward to your email so we can setup a 15-minute free phone consultation.

About Me

My counselling approach is relational, and reflective. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgemental , and validating space for clients to focus on personal growth. As a former RN I work with clients who are dealing with health issues, relationship stressors, and who have experienced traumatic events in their life. I work with adults both individually or as a couple.

Approach

My past experience as a nurse on a burns and plastics unit and in a hospice, I value a holistic approach: the interconnectedness of the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual to our health and well-being. As your life experience is uniquely yours, I aim to provide you with tailored therapy just to your needs and growth.
