Ms Elaine Iljon Foreman

Chartered Psychologist

Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in fear of flying, phobias and anxiety disorders. Qualified 1980

About Me

When fears like flying, specific phobias, or wider anxiety feel overwhelming, I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. We work together to understand unhelpful thought patterns. My aim is to help you develop practical steps towards regaining control. With extensive experience since 1980, I provide a calm, grounded approach. This is especially helpful for those seeking a steady hand to overcome deeply rooted anxieties.

Approach

When worries about flying, particular phobias or pervasive anxiety feel overwhelming, I help you break problems into manageable steps and gently test new responses. Sessions take place in Bognor Regis or via secure online video in English, and are paced to suit you—focused, calm and practical. We use CBT techniques, short experiments and clear between-session tasks so you can practise coping skills and notice what shifts. People who value steady, structured support when anxieties run deep tend to find this approach useful.
