Registered Clinical Psychologists

Psychotherapist, accredited EMDR practitioner, certified Couple Counselor and Clinical Supervisor, working with diverse clinical population and mental health disorders for 8 years.

About Me

I help individuals and couples navigate a wide range of mental health challenges. As a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist, I bring eight years of experience. My approach is grounded, offering support for diverse clinical needs. I am an accredited EMDR practitioner, and we can use this to process difficult experiences. Clients find a supportive space to make sense of struggles and find practical ways forward.

Approach

Where early work focuses on understanding patterns, the therapy shifts into active processing, somatic noticing and repairing relational dynamics. Based in Karachi, I offer sessions in English and Urdu, both in-person and online, with pacing and homework tailored to your rhythm. We use assessment-informed, trauma-sensitive methods and internal systems exploration alongside creative, practical tasks so each session balances safety, emotional change and real-world coping between meetings. This approach often helps adults facing trauma, relationship strain, persistent mood or anxiety difficulties.
