Ms Eesha Jalan

Counselor

Working in the field of mental health and wellness since 5 years, enthusiastic, hardworking and driven towards being able to make a substantial change.

About Me

I am a counsellor with a PGD in Psych Counseling Skills, dedicated to fostering mental health and wellness. For five years, I’ve enthusiastically guided individuals ready for substantial change. My driven, hardworking approach means we will collaboratively explore your challenges. I offer practical support to develop clear steps towards your goals. I am a good match for those committed to building resilience and making a genuine difference in their lives.

Approach

Driven by a desire for real change, I structure sessions to be focused, practical and paced to your rhythm so progress feels manageable. In Hyderabad I offer in-person and online appointments in English and Hindi/Urdu, creating a safe space for adolescents, young adults and parents to speak openly. Sessions blend short-term skill building with reflective talk, actionable steps between meetings, and occasional advocacy when systems need support. People ready to work steadily toward clearer boundaries and greater resilience tend to benefit most.
