About Me

I’m a passionate counsellor dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, lasting change. My work focuses on anxiety, stress, relationships, and personal growth, using practical tools and evidence-based approaches. I value creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood, challenged, and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Approach

My approach to therapy is integrative, evidence-based, and client-centered, with a strong focus on practical outcomes and measurable progress. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and the biopsychosocial model, allowing me to tailor each session to the individual’s unique needs, background, and goals. I prioritise creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood, while also being appropriately challenged to grow. My work is structured and goal-oriented, helping clients develop practical tools to manage anxiety, regulate emotions, improve relationships, and build long-term resilience. I also incorporate trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and elements of addiction support to ensure a holistic approach. Whether I’m working with individuals, groups, or corporate clients, my focus is on fostering self-awareness, accountability, and sustainable, meaningful change.
