About Me

As a Counseling Psychologist, I offer a collaborative and presence-informed space for individuals and couples. Drawing on four years of experience, I integrate mindfulness and narrative practices to help you explore challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, ensuring sessions are tailored with care. Couples can especially benefit from IMAGO therapy, fostering deeper connection and understanding. I aim to create a compassionate environment where you can explore concerns and find a way forward.

Approach

Sessions move between mindful noticing and gentle storywork, shifting attention to how patterns live in your body, memory and interactions. I meet people in Secunderabad and online, working in English, Hindi/Urdu and Telugu, and keep sessions paced to what feels safe and manageable. Expect short in‑session experiments, reflective prompts between meetings, and IMAGO-informed exercises when working with couples, all aimed at building safety while we explore grief, abuse or relational patterns. This approach suits those seeking steady, practical change.
