I work with individuals, couples and groups using an Art based and somatic approaches helping them bringing them back to their bodies to regulate their physiology so that they feel safe enough to delve into the real issues in therapies.
Clients get use voice, body movements, art making, breathing in addition to talk therapy to go deep into their challenges and discover their strengths.
