About Me

My practice welcomes individuals, couples, and families navigating mental health challenges or seeking personal growth. In a confidential, safe, and non-judgmental space, I guide clients to explore their experiences. We work together to foster self-understanding and develop practical strategies for thriving. This collaborative approach helps you gain clarity, offering dedicated support on your journey towards well-being.

Approach

Guided by your goals, I structure sessions to feel steady and practical, matching your pace while gently exploring patterns that keep you stuck. In Sandton or online, in English or one of my local languages, I combine focused assessment with empathic listening, short-term skill practice and family-focused check-ins so changes carry into daily life. Between sessions you may try simple experiments or reflections we review together; therapy is paced to build safety, clarity and small, sustainable shifts for individuals, couples and families ready for change.
