Approach

I offer an open and confidential space for you to speak, hear yourself in new ways, and find a way to live and make decisions according to your desire. I follow the psychoanalytic principle of free association. You can thus speak about anything that is on your mind or comes to to you during the session: from exploring what feels confusing, challenging or disruptive for you, to speaking about your daily life, dreams, fantasies, desires, memories, and bodily experiences. Throughout this process, transforming your relationship to your history and lived experience will become possible.
