Dr Lucy Njiru

Clinical Psychologist

Dignified counselling for optimal mental and physical wellness.

About Me

I'm a clinical psychologist with over 10 years offering face-to-face and e-counselling services. I respect diversity and my role is to support you to heal and overcome life challenges in a confidential non-judgmental and caring environment.

Approach

I create a private space where we track symptoms, try brief experiments between sessions, and adjust approaches as new presenting issues emerge. Therapy and/or counselling often blends short-term strategies for coping and sometimes long-term sessions for behavioural and personality change and adjustments. If in pain, we work towards healing and recovery using culturally acceptable and evidence-based interventions.
