As a Chartered Psychologist, I provide evidence-based psychological talk therapy for young people and adults. I help them explore concerns and develop strategies to support their mental health. For children under eleven, I guide them through play therapy. This gentle approach helps children express feelings and navigate challenges. My goal is to offer a grounded, collaborative space, focusing on practical, understandable steps for well-being.
