About Me

Finding the right support for mental health matters. As an experienced Licensed Psychologist, I work with people of all ages to help them overcome diverse psychological challenges. I guide individuals, couples, and families through issues like trauma, emotional difficulties, and workplace concerns. My practice also includes psychotherapy for ADHD, dementia, HIV, and comprehensive child assessments. My goal is to provide a clear path towards greater understanding and lasting well-being.

Approach

Clients often arrive wanting clearer direction and practical coping; I shape therapy around short, focused goals that open space for deeper insight and healing. Sessions in Kampala, Seeta, Namugongo or Mukono — and via secure online video — are offered in English or French and paced to your needs. I use empathic dialogue, targeted assessments when helpful, skill-building between meetings, and careful attention to relationship patterns and trauma to improve everyday functioning. This approach tends to suit adolescents, adults, couples and older adults seeking steady, collaborative support.
