Dr Dr Didier Danillon

Chartered Psychologist

Friendly psychologist (IFS, EMDR, CBT) & couple therapist (Imago), supports adults (anxiety, OCD, self-esteem, trauma, PTSD). Cancer specialist. Personal + collaborative approach.

About Me

I offer a warm, collaborative space for adults navigating anxiety, OCD, self-esteem challenges, or trauma. As a psychologist and couple therapist, I listen carefully, helping you explore inner parts of yourself. My specialism in cancer support means I truly understand the unique emotional impacts this journey brings. This personal approach helps you build resilience and find clearer paths forward, whatever you're facing.

Approach

You’ll find sessions move between gentle curiosity about different aspects of your experience and focused, practical work to ease symptoms and improve connection. From my base in Wilmslow I offer appointments in English and French, and the same steady rhythm and structure is available online for people juggling health or busy lives. I combine somatic noticing, parts-focused exploration and evidence-based exercises to pace change without overwhelm, with short check-ins between sessions when helpful. This way suits adults and couples wanting honest, collaborative progress.
