In Centurion or online — in English or Afrikaans — sessions move at a pace you find manageable, with clear agendas and space for reflection. I use focused exercises, brief assessments and simple between-session tasks to practice coping with anxiety, grief, career shifts or behavioural concerns, and I feed back what the measures show so progress stays visible. This way of working tends to suit people seeking usable tools and gentle accountability.
