Ms Dorcas Mwangi

Counseling Psychologist

I provide a safe, confidential & non-judgmental space to talk through any concerns. “The time is ripe - and you are ready.“ @sipalatherapy

About Me

I offer a space where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. If you're feeling ready to navigate concerns and seek clarity, I am here to support you. We can work together to understand challenges and find a path forward. My approachable style helps clients feel heard and understood. This collaborative approach ensures you feel empowered to address what matters most.

Approach

You’ll notice a steady, practical rhythm where we name what matters, try small shifts, and check what changes—because this moment feels ripe and you’re ready. Sessions in Nairobi or online, in English or Kiswahili, balance focused conversation with quiet reflection and are paced to suit adolescents, adults, couples and groups. I use brief assessments, clear check‑ins and collaborative goal‑setting, with safety planning when needed and simple tasks to try between meetings. This way often helps people facing relationship strain, transitions or past abuse feel more grounded and able to act.
