Dr Donna Oriowo

Sex Therapist

Superwoman, it is past time to take off that cape. Let's work together so you don't have to pretend to be strong while you are hurting.

About Me

Feeling the constant pressure to be strong can be exhausting. If you're carrying hidden hurts, I offer a safe space to gently unburden yourself. As a sex therapist, I provide a collaborative approach to explore intimacy and sexual health concerns. We can work together to understand what's truly going on, finding ways to build genuine connection and ease. You don't have to pretend anymore.

Approach

When the cape feels heavier than you can bear, I offer a steady, intentional space where relief is practical and honest. Whether we meet in my Largo office or online in English, sessions move at your pace—short check-ins, deeper explorations, and concrete experiments between meetings. We notice patterns in intimacy and self-talk, gently name what's keeping you stuck, and try small, real-world shifts that rebuild trust with yourself and others. This way of working often fits adults and couples who want clear, compassionate change.
