I am an LMFT psychotherapist in Carthay Circle, California. I specialize in abuse, life transitions, and grief. I provide individual and adolescent therapy, adoption-related support, and practical tools for safety and daily coping.

My approach is a combination of approaches that is best suite you. My primary approach is from the principles of Positive Psychology which uses parts of Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Acceptance. I also use Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help you work through traumatic memories
