About Me
I am a highly experienced BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist from Rushden, Northamptonshire. I treat a wide variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, bereavement and relationship issues with psychodynamic therapy. I have been working as a therapist for over 15 years, and have been Accredited for 10 years.
Therapy offers a safe space to explore how you’re feeling and what’s going on in your life. We will explore you as a person deeply and get to the root of what’s troubling you. Some people don’t know exactly what’s wrong, but you may feel something is missing or something isn’t right. We can work together on this.
Approach
I am a psychodynamic therapist, which means as well as thinking and talking about what is going on in your life, I also try to understand about what might be going on outside of your awareness. Psychodynamic therapy is very effective as it gets to the root of issues. Together we can make connections that bring those ‘Aha’ moments that make significant shifts in your life.
