Ms Donita Rodrigues

Clinical Psychologist

An empathic psychologist working predominantly with young adults & adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma & bereavement.

About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist based in London, Greater London, United Kingdom. I work with you on life transitions, anxiety, mood disorders and trauma. I provide psychological and diagnostic assessments, complete adoption assessments, and offer support for people affected by the Ukraine conflict.

Approach

When clients bring anxiety, low mood, trauma or grief, I create a steady, thoughtful space where curiosity and safety shape the pace. From my London base I offer sessions in English and online, and I tailor the tempo to what feels sustainable—gentle exploration in session and simple reflections between meetings. Sessions combine reflective listening, exploration of past and present patterns, and careful assessment to clarify difficulties and identify manageable steps. This way of working often helps people navigating life transitions who want steady, collaborative support.
