Con ese enfoque, mi trabajo se orienta a hacer tangible lo que te pesa y a diseñar pasos concretos que puedas probar en la vida diaria. Atendo en Guayaquil y también en línea, siempre en español, con sesiones que van al ritmo que necesitas: combinación de reflexión dirigida, ejercicios prácticos y tareas breves entre encuentros. Suelo centrarme en aceptar sensaciones difíciles mientras se clarifican valores y se prueban pequeñas acciones que cambian el día a día. Funciona bien para adolescentes, adultos y parejas que buscan cambios prácticos y mayor claridad emocional.
