Psychologist

"I’m a licensed therapist combining neuroscience, psychology, and mindfulness to help clients navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Let’s work toward a balanced, fulfilling life aligned with your values."

About Me

I am a qualified therapist with an interdisciplinary background in psychology, neuroscience, and healthcare. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London, as well as a Master’s degree in Oncology from São Paulo State University. I am a Brazilian-born professional currently based in Dublin, with extensive experience working with culturally diverse populations. My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, humanistic psychology, and neuroscience-informed emotion regulation. I support clients experiencing work-related stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. I place strong emphasis on psychoeducation and self-awareness, helping clients understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviours interact. This collaborative process empowers clients to develop practical coping strategies, psychological flexibility, and resilience that can be applied both personally and professionally. I aim to provide a warm, respectful, and non-judgmental space where clients feel supported in exploring challenges and building sustainable wellbeing. My work is client-centered and adaptable, recognizing each individual’s values, cultural background, and unique experiences. I speak Portuguese and English fluently, with conversational Italian and Spanish.

Approach

Together, we'll turn insights into manageable steps, using curiosity, steady structure, and small experiments to shift how you respond day to day. In Dublin or online, in English or Portuguese, sessions move at a practical pace—short grounding practices, focused reflection, and agreed between-session tasks that respect your rhythm. I track what changes and we adjust the approach, paying attention to attention, relationships, mood, and impulse so work feels doable and relevant. This way often suits people seeking steady progress rooted in their own values.
