Clinical Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

I adopt a holistic, insight-oriented approach to therapy, focusing on the interaction between thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and early experiences. With an emphasis on self-awareness and empowerment, I aim to help clients navigate adversity, build inner resources, and lead more grounded, intentional lives.

About Me

I’m an RCI registered licensed clinical psychologist with masters, and M.Phil in clinical psychology. I have over 500+ hours of experience in therapy and testing. My therapeutic approach is rooted in trauma-informed, evidence-based practice and guided by empathy, authenticity, and collaboration.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is person-centred and solution-focused. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions openly, understand their patterns, and work toward meaningful change.
