Having the experience of working with a diverse population, I work from an eclectic approach keeping in mind that each client has their own unique needs and requirements. I work from a person-centered , cognitive behavioral theoretical orientation that best fits the clients needs and concerns. I also incorporate aspects of mindfulness in my work with my clients. I strongly feel that self-care is an important element in managing daily life stressors.
Through an integrative, holistic approach, my aim is to create a safe space for the client to better version of themselves.

Hi, my name is Devna Mehra and I am a Counseling Psychologist based out New Delhi, India.I am currently offering teletherapy sessions as well in person sessions to clients in New Delhi, India. I practice in South Delhi.
I have completed a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University, New York City. I have 5 years of work experience in the Mental health field. Previously, I worked at a Community Mental health clinic in New York where I provided bilingual counseling services to adults and couples.I moved back to New Delhi as I wanted to be able to help further the work being done for Mental Health in India.
I work with young adults, adults and couples. I work with clients dealing with stress and anxiety, low self-esteem and confidence issues, loneliness, career issues, relationship issues, adjusting to change and life transitions etc.
I am a compassionate, warm and culturally sensitive therapist and believe that each one of us has a unique role to play and that we all should take things at our own pace .
