I am an experienced psychotherapist, registered with the UKCP and BACP, with over 10 years of experience. I also work closely with a well-respected psychiatry centre on Harley Street, London. I offer in-person and online sessions in English and Greek. I welcome clients worldwide and have a large Greek-speaking client base. Contact me for a 15-minute initial tele consultation.

About Me

I'm a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and have completed a rigorous five-year postgraduate training at the Westminster Pastoral Foundation. I focus on working with adults facing a variety of psychological issues. UKCP and BACP membership ensure my continuing professional development, as well as always meeting strict regulatory requirements. I offer a quiet, confidential space, where we are able to discuss and work on issues and experiences that may be causing you difficulties or concerns. Within this safe and confidential environment (both for in-person and online sessions) we will aim to build trust and to find a way towards insight and personal development. It is normal to experience uncertainty about the psychotherapeutic process; I am here to try and go on this meaningful journey with you. We will work together, to try and achieve an increased understanding of feelings and behaviours that may be getting in the way of successfully relating to others and of making the most of life in general.

Approach

I focus on relationally based Psychodynamic Psychotherapy to build a strong therapeutic alliance. I aim to help you work through past trauma, as well as to discover and deal with patterns of behaviour or relating that no longer work for you. Centering around early experiences and unconscious conflicts, my approach aims to not only tackle symptoms, but also the deeper issues involved. Together we will develop greater awareness, and better ways for you to move towards a fuller life through deeper psychological growth.
