Mr DENNIS KIRUI

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

i am an experienced counseling psychologist, addiction counselor majoring in youths mostly and ready to do individual sessions ,group sessions and also psychoducation sessions

About Me

I guide young people and their families through the complexities of addiction. As an experienced Counseling psychologist, I offer a grounded, collaborative space for discovery. Through practical psychoeducation, we build essential coping skills for lasting change. In individual or group sessions, my approach helps youths find their voice. They can then step confidently towards a healthier future.

Approach

Turning moments of crisis into steady steps, I focus on small, practical moves that build control and confidence for young people and their families. Whether we meet in Kericho, across the Rift Valley, or online, sessions feel paced, direct and supportive—clear check-ins, brief assessments and shared planning. Therapy blends straightforward psychoeducation, skill practice between meetings and gentle tracking of progress so coping choices become habits rather than hopes. This way of working suits youths and families ready to work steadily toward safer, healthier routines.
