Specialist Wellness Counselor

Enhancing total well-being through a holistic, systems-based approach. Achieving wholeness in body, mind, and spirit.

About Me

As a Specialist Wellness Counsellor (BSocSci), I guide individuals towards total well-being. My approach explores the intricate connections between body, mind, and spirit, helping you achieve wholeness. We can understand how different life areas impact each other, fostering balance and resilience. This holistic perspective suits those seeking comprehensive support to navigate life’s complexities and find inner peace.

Approach

To support your sense of balance, I blend gentle structure with attuned listening to map how your routines, relationships and health shape one another. In my Stilbaai practice and online sessions, offered in English and Afrikaans, we work at a steady, paced rhythm—short check-ins, reflective exercises and practical skills between meetings—to stabilise reactions and build clarity. Sessions are collaborative and trauma-aware, with space for family or school perspectives when helpful. This way of working suits people seeking practical, grounded shifts across life’s overlapping areas.
