In-person and online therapy and counseling to expats in Germany and internationally. My therapeutic style is eclectic, utilizing various theoretical approaches such as psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and acceptance and commitment therapy.

About Me

I help expats in Germany and internationally navigate the unique challenges of living abroad. My eclectic approach allows us to tailor sessions to your specific needs. We might explore past experiences or develop practical tools for daily life. Working together online or in-person, I create a supportive space for you to thrive.

Approach

As an expat myself, I understand how much change and uncertainty can come with living in a new country. In our sessions, we’ll explore how past experiences and patterns may be affecting your present, while also finding practical ways to help you feel more grounded and manage what’s coming up between sessions. Whether we meet in Leipzig or online, in English or Greek, I work at a steady, collaborative pace. We might use grounding techniques for anxiety, try small practical exercises, or gently explore how cultural differences can shape relationships, emotions, and the way you see yourself. I’ll regularly check in with you about what feels helpful and adapt our work along the way. This approach can be especially helpful if you’re navigating relocation, major life changes, or the challenges of living between cultures.
