About Me

I understand that navigating life's challenges can sometimes strain our connections and inner strength. As an integrative psychotherapist, I guide individuals seeking to cultivate healthier relationships and build natural resilience. We can explore practical, positive coping skills together, helping you find a clearer path forward. My aim is to create a supportive space where you can develop lasting tools for well-being.

Approach

To strengthen strained connections and restore inner steadiness, therapy unfolds as a practical, collaborative process focused on present steps and growing capacity. From my room in Omeath or via online sessions in English, we work at a steady, manageable pace, with space for reflection and short, focused exercises between meetings. We gently map patterns that feed anxiety, grief or burnout and practise relational skills that change daily interactions. This way of working tends to suit adults and couples seeking clear, usable change.
