Licensed Clinical Psychologists

RCI-qualified clinical psychologist with around 20 years of experience.

About Me

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with an M. Phil and RCI qualification, I bring around 20 years of experience. I help individuals explore their concerns in a supportive, confidential space. My aim is to offer clarity and practical ways forward. We can draw on a deep understanding of human behaviour together. Clients often find our sessions provide a calm, reflective environment to process thoughts. Here, you can discover your own strengths and build lasting well-being.

Approach

You’ll find our work balances gentle curiosity with practical steps, moving from understanding to manageable change. Based in Gurgaon, I see people in English, Hindi/Urdu or Punjabi and offer secure online sessions to fit varied schedules. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your needs—we use reflective conversation, brief behavioural experiments and acceptance-focused strategies, with focused assessments when clarity helps, and small between-session exercises to reinforce progress. This way of working often helps adults and couples wanting steady, applied change in mood, relationships and self-worth.
