Services
Hi, I’m Deepa 🌻
I’m an accredited member of the British Psychological Society, offering online one-to-one therapy for children (6+), adolescents, young adults, and adults.
I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out, or emotionally exhausted — whether due to anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, or a quieter sense that something isn’t sitting right. You don’t need to have clarity or the “right words” to begin.
My approach is client-centred and relational, integrating humanistic, cognitive-behavioural, and other evidence-based practices. I work through a trauma-informed and queer-affirmative lens, with the therapeutic relationship at the core of the work.
Clients often hear me say that you don’t have to make sense of your experiences before coming to therapy — that’s something we do together. Progress doesn’t have to be dramatic; sometimes it looks like feeling less overwhelmed during everyday moments, and that matters.
Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and paced to your needs, offering space to understand yourself more clearly and build steadier ways of coping in daily life.
